South West London’s Premier Indoor/Outdoor Gym

In October 2016, we decided to open up a completely new indoor and outdoor facility in Croydon. The original idea had been around for a few years but it wasn’t until the day before we launched that I actually sat down and thought “we’ve got to do this”. We’re so happy with the end result – people love being able to go outdoors whenever they feel like it. It’s also great to be able to train indoors if you want to avoid bad weather!

We’re now building on the success of this by expanding into a number of other locations across south west London.

Our current site is based in Bromley, with two further sites opening later this year; one in Beckenham, another in Battersea.
